In Croatan Lodge, we have 9 chapters. Chapters are groups within the lodge that cover certain areas of the Lodge's serving area. Each chapter serves a few counties. For example, Natsihi chapter is the chapter for the Pitt Greenville area. Most chapters have a monthly meeting where they discuss Lodge events, go on outings, do service projects, practice for ceremonies and more.
